Construction of Ceramic Fiber Blanket in Industrial Furnace

The project mainly uses fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials such as aluminum silicate fiber blankets.
Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket. Since one of its main components is alumina, which is the main component of porcelain, it is called a ceramic fiber blanket. The ceramic fiber blanket has excellent thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent chemical stability, excellent thermal stability, and shock resistance, excellent tensile strength, and excellent sound absorbing properties.

Before the construction of the ceramic fiber blanket, the anchoring nails shall be welded on the surface of the furnace body according to the size of the ceramic fiber blanket. After the ceramic fiber blanket is fixed, it is then reinforced with anchor nails.
The aluminum silicate fiber blanket produced by Rongsheng Kiln is resistant to fire, heat insulation and heat preservation. The color is white and the size is regular. It maintains good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used for a long time under neutral and oxidizing atmosphere. The temperature resistance is 950-1400 °C.
The ceramic fiberboard product belongs to the crystalline composite material produced by the dynamic heating gel method, and is not allowed to be calcined at high temperature by open flame. After the high temperature calcination of the open flame, the appearance of the product will also change, increasing the fiber loss and softening, resulting in product shrinkage, affecting the service life.
The ceramic fiber blanket of Rongsheng Kiln has been subjected to double-sided needle punching technology, which greatly improves the interlacing degree, delamination resistance, tensile strength and surface flatness of the fiber.
Since no organic binder is added, the ceramic fiber blanket ensures good manufacturability and stability under high temperature and low temperature conditions.
