Rongsheng lightweight clay bricks refer to lightweight refractory bricks containing 30% to 46% Al2O3. Clay clinker or lightweight clinker and plastic clay are the main raw materials. Usually produced by the combustible method, the porous structure can also be formed by the chemical method or foam method. The ingredients are mixed with water to form plastic mud or mud, which is extruded or cast, and then fired in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1250 to 1350 ℃ after drying.
