The Production Process of Rongsheng Ceramic Fiberboard
During production, according to the different physical and chemical performance requirements of the finished product, appropriate varieties of refractory fibers, adhesive fillers, flocculants, etc. are selected and mixed with water to form a slurry. And adjusted to a certain concentration and pH value. Then injected into a mold with a filter, vacuum dehydration molding, demoulding, and drying. Finally, the finished product is obtained after processing and finishing. Refractory fiber is the main organizational structure material in vacuum-formed refractory ceramic fiberboard products, which determines the basic performance of the product. Ordinary aluminum silicate refractory ceramic fiber, high aluminum refractory ceramic fiber, zirconium-containing refractory ceramic fiber and polycrystalline alumina ceramic fiber can be used according to different requirements. Binders can be silica sol, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, carboxymethyl cellulose and aluminum sulfate. Fillers include clay, high aluminum clinker powder, alumina powder, expanded perlite, fused silica, etc.
